Scoring 80%+ (880+ out of 1100) is considered excellent (Grade A1) in 10th class. For top college merit, students aim for 90%+ (990+ marks).
The minimum passing percentage is 33% in each subject and 33% overall. In a 1100-mark exam, the minimum passing score is 363 marks.
In Punjab, most FSc and government college merit lists use your 10th class (matric) percentage as 50-100% of the merit score.
